The Power of Prayer: What I’ve Seen in 10 Years of walking with God.

For 10 years I’ve stood in the faith, I've visited the sick both at home and in hospital. I’ve watched monitors flatline. I’ve held the hands of mothers at 3am when doctors say “there’s nothing more we can do.”
And I’ve seen prayer do what medicine cannot.
*3 Times Prayer Changed Everything*
*1. The Girl the Doctors Sent Home to Die*
A 15 year-old girl with severe abdominal pains. Doctors told the parents to take him home. We formed a prayer chain — the mother, the siblings, the patient and me. We prayed Psalm 118:17: _“He shall not die, but live.”_ 48 hours later, the sever pain disappear. Today that girl is fine and healthy. Medicine treats. Prayer heals.
*2. The 4 years paralyzed woman*
A woman was paralyzed and her blood count was too low. Hospital tried their best all to no avail . Her son was ready to sell any thing just to help his mother, I visited them in their village in Benue state. We prayed and I laid hands on her and immediately she began to walk The people around asked, “What did you give her?” I answered "We gave her nothing". God did. Today She’s alive.
*3. The Dead Child Who Couldn’t Breathe Again*
A child lost his life I was there when it happened, the mother and sister in-law was crying and I told them not to cry, we form a prayer chain and begin to pray, after some minutes, I read a scripture from Exodus 23: 26 "there shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfill "
When I declared it out the child came back alive. Today he is 4 years old.
*Why Prayer Works When Everything Else Fails*
1. *Prayer Invites God Into the Room* — Mark 5:36 _“Don’t be afraid; just believe.”_ The moment we pray, the Specialist enters. His name is Jesus.
2. *Prayer Connects You to a Chain* — Matthew 18:20 _“Where two or three gather in my name, there am I.”_ One person praying is powerful. A prayer chain is warfare. This blog is your chain.
